- When: 27th Sept & 8th Nov 2025
- Where: Sylvia's Basket Farm
We’re thrilled to host students for a hands-on experience in organic farming—exploring how food is grown, the role of trees in our ecosystem, and the power of circular economies. Get ready to dig in and grow with us!
Learning Activites
During the programme you will join us and:
- Explore sustainable farming: from organic practices to circular economy
- Rethink consumption: track household waste and discover sustainable alternatives
- Get hands-on: plant vegetables, make compost, and care for a shared garden
- Innovate for impact: design solutions and think like a green entrepreneur
Learning Outcomes
Students participating in this programme will plant their own vegetables using organic farming techniques and create compost to understand the waste-to-resource cycle. They will reflect on their personal consumption habits, explore their environmental impact, and identify sustainable alternatives for their households. Students will also plant trees as part of environmental restoration and complete a reflection interview on how circular economy principles can be applied in everyday life.
